Is it possible to run Rota SVN-R with wobble bolts and hubs?

I'm looking into changing my wheels and I saw these on a 350 and I loved the look of them.

Now with a B6 what is the widest I can run? I'm looking at getting rid of my sportecs because 19's are just a lil rough but would 18x 9's all around be possible? The hubs are different as are the bolt patterns but I would be rocking the wobble bolts and the hub rings, but do you have any objections?

Yes I know they are rotas but I'm moving from 19's and selling my Factory Sports in order to get into these because I need money and a replacement.

    Thanks
    -Jared

I can get them at a really really good deal and I think they would look good on my black B6
