So are you sure he didn’t mean they needed to keep your car for the full day bc they do, on avg, about 15-20 cars a day (depending right) and/or they needed to wait for the part to be delivered. Bc it wouldn’t make sense for them to take up a bay for a whole day to do a CV boot. They would definitely lose money.
And don’t quote me but I think their rate is $125 vs the dealer is $225 (Rusnak or West Covina)
They also do a lot of preventative maintenance too. Bc if it’s, out why not fix it, right? So if just an inner cv boot cover, they run about $70. For the whole inner unit, it runs about $300.
They’re fair. And Ferris isn’t a super aggressive, in your face kind of guy. But if you’re happy with your dealership, it’s cool. Just saying I had/have good experiences there.
