LED Tail Lights - Final Decision

Hi Guys,

Need your help for one last time between the 2 designs because I can't decide

Both are bright like hell so I took 2 quick shots. The poll will be closed in 3 days and I let you decide. Then I will start the trunk side with the chosen design (symmetry of the one on the pics)

v2 definitely....that should look great connecting with the trunk light

I vote V2 also. I think it will look more like the A6 lights than the V1.

Are v1 and v2 using the same leds(brightness wise), with v2 just using a whole lot more of them? I like v2, I'm just curious

V2 looks more OEM, but V1's would be more impressive if they were believed to be OEM. The problem is that here with these pictures, the V2 doesn't look as 'altezza'/cheap as V1 does.. but the V1 may be the solution for those really looking for attention

I think V2, but I like the A6 Leds the most.

No question about it, the inner tail light will be done. I am ready as far as hardware, I am waiting fir the tails to arrive

^^ it is still in the works but yes a core exchange will happen. he has a few different threads about this project and each one has covered most questions.

Correct, still in progress but getting close.
All hardware has arrived, I am just waiting for the inner tail lights to arrive. Few more weeks and they should be installed and tested on my ride

Yesterday I saw the demo tail light @ DI meet and let me tell you this is a quality build with quality hardware. (Not to mention I was seeing stars from how blinding the LEDs are)

IMO, maybe its the pic, but V2 looks like its just a long tube of light instead of being able to see the individual LEDs. I say V1

It's because the LED are side by side (45 of them)
