What do the STOP MEMO 1234 buttons do on driver's door?

Sorry, never owned an Audi before and STILL haven't received the manual from the dealer yet. Just curious, what do those buttons do and how do u use them?

Those are your 4 memory settings for your power driver seat.

1. Set your seat the way you want it
2. Hold down MEMO for a couple seconds
3. While still holding MEMO, hold down the number you wish to program for another second, then let go

I'm pretty sure that's how to program a number, but I read the manual a few weeks ago so I forgot after I programmed mine.

Hold the number (1-4) and the seat will move to what you programmed that number to. Release the button when the seat stops and is in the correct position.

The STOP button is for when you valet your car or whatever. With the STOP button lit up, you can't mess up the programs or something weird like that. You're supposed to press it (it will stay lit) when you don't want people messing with your programed positions.

ah ok cool. It would be kind of cool if STOP also put it in Valet mode or something.

I know what it is, another feature us 07 owners got chinsed out of.

P.S. If valets even need to be locked out of fucking with the seat memory positions, theres no way I'm going to let them touch my car.
