When i blow my nose i get dizzy.

Still trying to get over this damn cold I've got infected with since Sunday. For the last two days my nose has been running non stop, today its sorta stopped but still clogged. The other day my nose was crying, because snot kept running down like tears, I had to plug up my right nostril with a tissue paper. Today its moved over to my left nostril, my lefts more contained, its clogged but after too much buildup i gotta blow it clean, and when i do, i get a really bad case of vertigo. I almost fell down earlier.

You sinus cavity is still clogged. Go to walgreens and get a saleen flush kit. Use warm water and never force the water. Let it drain out over the sink.... It works a ton.
