Red shocks = sports package??

So I thought I had sports package this whole time but come to find out today while changing out my tires my car came with eibach springs when i purchased it...Is there another way of knowing if its sports package or not?? I've searched the threads already. Can someone give me a definitive answer, thanks.

Black springs + Red shocks = Sports suspension.

You could also check the size of your rear sway bar.

Maybe I'm blind, but I'm pretty sure my shocks are NOT red.

But I have an 2002, it had the 18mm sway bar (know because I switched to the RS4), it has the upper strut support and has "2002 sport" ride height.

I just really don't think it has red shocks...

Know what you mean by "red"...... mine had more of a brown tinge to them.
Look at the space above the firewall running from one front strut to other around where the battery is. The sport has a front upper strut support that the non-sport didn't have.
