    What's the 0-60 time after APR 93?

    Is it on par with the 3.2? or slightly better?

    I have glanced through the forum but haven't come up with any concrete numbers.

    oh and what kind of a hit did the gas mileage get as well...

    Expect to take off 1 sec off the stock 0-60mph. That is pretty accurate I would say with just the software upgrade.

    no one has really posted 0-60 times, quarter mile seems to be a better measurement of all around acceleration

    i'd say 0.5-1 sec faster than stock. I got it 3 days ago(93) and pull on 1st gear is a lot better. you can feel the power kick in at 2500-4000 rpm.

    I haven't used a full tank of gas yet since chipped so I don't know the gas mileage yet...but it seems same so far

    For the 6 speed you should be able to get it down to mid to upper 5 second times as the 1/4 mile times represent. All depends on driver though, but on my stock car v. chipped it dropped about a second or a bit more to 60 and about 1.5 at the 1/4 mile. One guy posted a best of 5.9 for the tiptronics and we all know those are slow as sh...just playing :)

    cheers! Mike

    Like I've said before - fast enough to beat a stock Mustang GT. Figure mid-5s.

    5.5-6.0 to 60

    13.9-14.4 in the 1/4

    It makes this car. With the GIAC 93 revision, power doesnt start tapering off until about 5500, with good pull until about 6k.

    If you've taken your car to the drag strip, you can use your timeslip to figure out how fast your car is 0-60:

    Take your 1/8 mile ET * 3600 (3600 seconds in an hour)
    divided by your 1/8 mile MPH times itself times 100
    divided by 100

    If you plug that formula into Excel, it would look like this:

    A1 = your 1/8 mile ET
    A2 = your 1/8 mile MPH

    Then in A3, enter this:

    =ROUND((A1*3600)/(A2*A2)*100,0)/100

    My 0-60 = 5.26 However, I was on 18s. I should have put on my 17" rims instead
