want to remove the door moulding in the middle of the doors... is there bolts holding all that on or is it just double sided tape?

I removed mine a while back to install the V2 sides and the 8 piece lltek side molding kit. If you open your doors and look at the very front lower bottom corner located on the interior of your door at the very front of the door, you will notice one small screw, remove that screw. Next you can either with the door open or closed a little bit, push the molding forward, it will unclick from its clips (they are tiny fragile white plastic clips) then the molding is free. There will be little tabs and small holes underneath that modling. I used clippers to clip off the tabs, and then installed my new 8 piece lltek moldings over them. Looks very smooth.

Unfortunately there are holes or else everybody would be shaving them when they shave the emblems in the trunk

I have the same LLtek 8 piece kit. But I think that they were talking about the mouldings in the middle of the door

There's holes. Yes, they're pretty much just stuck on with tape, but there's "christmas tree clips" holding them to the door as well. I pulled mine off with a set of needle nosed Vice-Grips.

    You must patch the holes.

EDIT: You can see the knobs at the bottom of the door too that hold on the lower door moldings. I still haven't removed those from all the doors yet. I'm lazy and it's cold outside every time I get a chance.

No problem. My mod was cheap, I don't think I spent more than $50 on that project, but I did the work myself.

    Info on that project: Here

I would suggest welding the holes shut if anyone plans to paint over them.

It took me about 2 hours to weld all 4 doors.

    Re: door moulding removal....

I can't weld just yet, and I painted over them. As previously noted, I don't really care that much about the exterior look of my car. Though, IF I were to change that, I know who I'd be calling though.

What would 4 doors cost me off a facelift or a prefaclift car anyways? Skins only.
