Surprisingly there's no clue from any web search. Does anyone know where to locate the wheel nut key?

Have you tried looking in the trunk where the spare tire would be?

There's a pouch of toolkit in the trunk. But I haven't seen the nut key there. There's also the mobile repair kit.

If you are close to your dealer it might be worth a visit. Otherwise you could go to Amazon.com. and get one. My kit has size 814 on it. It fits my 24 model as well as my wife's 23 S8.

It will be on the left side of where the spare tire would normally be. It is in its own pocket in the molded foam.

There's no spare tire on the RS6 right? You mean the subwoofer? Do you happen to have a picture?

Subscribed! Do they (RS6) all come with a locking wheel nut?

I found the locking nut for my 2021 RS7 in the trunk where the spare would be. It's fitted into a foam insert on the right rear side of the trunk. Mine was not in the wrapped-up tool kit. Rather, it is fitted by itself into the foam. I suspect that's for two reasons: (1) keeps the item from being lost and (2) keep noises/rattles as low as possible.

In the 2024 it’s beneath the carpeted trunk. Lift up the trunk “floor” and look on the left side, toward the front of the car.
It’s sitting in a molded “pocket”.
