Just wondering what parts from the SQ5 I could upgrade on my Q5 S Line also as far as injectors go what would be the next step up from what I have I'm thinking about the Stage 1 tune .

They’re two completely different engines, so nothing.
Brakes could be something you could retrofit from an SQ5.
Interior parts (trim pieces, seats).
But nothing under the hood, sorry.

Nothing power-wise, they are completely different engines.
Some handling parts work on both the B9/9.5 Q5 and SQ5 - like 034's sway bars and end links:

Why are you upgrading your injectors for any stage 1 tune?

Don't know much about the 2018 Audi Q5 B9 S Line the 45 series engine . Looking at some tunes ( APR , URO ) but they mention injectors and fuel pumps and 1 step up was all I was looking for so as to keep my mpg but my S Line is different the APR muffler delete won't fit thought that would have been a good way to go there's not alot of info on the S Line , the S Line has a redline of 6750 and the regular 4 cylinder has a redline 5750 inches it has an IHI turbo but the entry pipe is about 3 inches and cast right on turbo unless I'm wrong but I will call APR again on Monday . If you have any info on this subject it would be appreciated . Thank you , Joe

The Q5 uses the EA888. They don't need any fuel system upgrades until you are getting into upgraded turbos. I don't think anyone offers any tuning for an upgraded turbo in the Q5.
Neither of those tuners you mention say anything about injectors or fuel pumps. APR only offers a stage 1 tune and Unitronic only a stage 2. Both are stock turbo tunes.

You're confusing S-Line with SQ5.
The Q5 S-Line is still the same 2.0T that is in every other Q5.
SQ5 has the 3.0T.
S-Line is merely an appearance package (front & rear bumper, side skirt, door sills, wheels, etc.). It is no different than any other Q5. So when searching for tunes, you need to look for Q5, not SQ5.

Standard Q5 5750 redline and my S Line 6750 redline I looked at enough of them before I bought it I bought it for the 12 way adjustable seats but there's more to it than a trim package also on my 2018 the rear shock isn't adjustably valved only the front already changed the rear shocks to B4 Bilsteins . Good ride quality and control .
