Hi, my B8.5 RS5 has gotten some oxidation/fade on the rear spoiler and I'm looking to get it refinished. It will be a lot cheaper/easier if I can remove it from the body of the car, has anyone does it before? I see four bolts holding it on from the bottom, is that it? Do I just unscrew those? Thanks in advance! 295499

Yep, pretty easy. Just use the button on the console to raise the spoiler then when you go look at it you will see. If there are adjustment spacers (some cars have them), make sure you note how many and were placed to have your spoiler sit nice and flush.

Would I need to worry about this if I’m not removing the spacers? Just gonna take it off, get it refinished and then put it back on lol
