hi guys,
first of all please re-direct me if there is already a topic for this matter but if not here is my issue i need help with. i tuned my Audi A5 to stage 2 (IE) and decided to do a pull and use OBDeleven to chart it out to see how is car doing and got interesting results. even the car idling, REV is around 800 and requested boost is 350ish the actual boost shows 975 and that is the minimum for the actual boost all the way thru the ride. actual and requested only gets close when i floor the pedal. when i ask for the boost i get what i need but when i let the pedal go requested boost goes down as it should but actual goes back to 975 level and never goes further down. i can upload a screenshot of the graph if needed here. does anyone have any idea why would that happen?

if i understand you correctly, this is because the measuring block you are on is not a "corrected" boost level. if you turn the engine off but leave the key on, i have a suspicion your actual boost will still show around 975. thats because 975mbar is 14psi or about 1 atmosphere. that sensor is probably just measuring atmospheric pressure.
