Iroz Motorsports IMS850HS is a hybrid Turbo solution for the 8V/8S RS3/TTRS. Comprised of the Xona Rotor CHRA (center cartridge) model HT91. This turbo has a 66mm inducer, 91mm exducer and a 64mm "64S" turbine wheel. Manufactured using a 5th axis milled billet compressor wheel and the patent-pending UHF turbine wheel splitter-blade design. The splitter-blade allows loading to be fine-tuned in order to achieve custom performance objectives. The ball bearing system is also patented (US patent no. US9062595B2), a high-precision ABEC 7 angular contact dual-row ball bearing cartridge. Its M62 tool steel races and silicon nitride ceramic balls deliver the highest possible load capacity, and its metallic retainers won’t melt.
This kit is capable of up to 850hp on Ethanol fuels and is a simple install replacing the Stock Turbo system. Comes complete with oil and coolant lines attached ready for install. Software support is available through Unitronic.
To use this turbo a Unitronic and or APR cast turbo inlet is required.
A core fee of $2200 will be added if you cannot send your stock turbo core in for modification. If you are able to you can send your core and we will modify it to save you the $2200.
