Can you do the VagCom trick for lowering the car with the OBDEleven? I have searched and found nothing.

Yes, I have both vagcom and OBDEleven, I can confirm lowering can be done using OBDEleven. I have the pro version though, which allows you to do long coding, I am not sure you can do it using non-pro version.

So do you just find the same PIDs as in VCDS? Would be awesome if you had a quick write up [:)], I have seen this asked in several places without an answer

Is air ride a feature specific to Prestige models?

Hey man, I have a 2013 Audi S7. All S7 models come with the air ride suspension.
https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/566240-C7-A6-A7-amp-S6-S-amp-VAG-COM-list-and-help
Note: Scroll down past:
"Audi A6/A7 & S6/S7 C7
VCDS (VAG-COM) codes"
unless you want to do other "edits" to your car & ignore everything if you're trying to simple lower your air ride until you see:
"Huge thanks to TunTap below is information he compiled
how to lower you car 17mm"
Everything is in the original thread post on that link!
Follow this link and scroll down just a little. I have just done this with my OBD Eleven tool. I have the pro version but it shouldnt matter. Follow the directions EXACTLY. If you have any issues or need help, feel free to message me. I've done it wrong and correct and caused a few issues which I've corrected through my OBD Eleven. I even took it to the audi dealer & a few other places who service these cars because I through an error by mistake. People were trying to charge me $200+/hr to take a look and I've gone to others who scanned the car for free. They had no answer but I was able to go through my OBDEleven's history and find what I did wrong and fixed the mistake for FREE. Just follow your guides & read other posts. Ask questions if you have any. Just dont click anything that says Reset etc...

As above poster MitchLegno says, it is definitely doable via OBD11. I have done it personally following TunTap's instructions that he references and even changed it a couple of times because I'm OCD and wanted it to be perfect. This is what my car looks like after lowering via OBD11:

Thanks man.
Too bad you can only go 17mm without potential failure codes. That's not really gonna make any difference to my allroad.
Gonna have to get the Asc module
Thanks for the knowledge.

No, the S and RS have them... Unless the RS buyer opted for the DRC option.
