Don’t waste your money on these guys tunes. They don’t seem to have the first clue what they are doing.

Here’s my experience.

2016 Audi S6 I went stage 1 ECU almost as soon as I got it and had issue with the car pulling forward after coming to a stop. After about the 5th or 6th or 7th revision over the course of 2 years. Yes 2 years. They told me upgrading to stage 2 with down pipes would fix this issue so I upgraded and it still had the issue. I ended up calling a tuning company in the UK and the owner gave me some advice to give to them and they finally fixed the issue. But I was also denied a refund each time I asked too even though they couldn’t fix the issue.

Roll onto the TCU tune. Same exact issue as the ECU. Multiple revisions over the course of 3years and they can’t fix the gear change delay on gear changes. I have tried multiple times to ask them what’s going on and never get a response and when I do I’m told they are working on it.

Still to this day I don’t have a functioning TCU tune to go with the ECU tune and every time I ask for a refund I’m given another excuse. This has been going on for a total of nearly 4years.

So be very aware of this company and they way they deal with you.

^^ I am not doubting you but I ma curious to see what was causing the issue, what did the British tuning company told you regarding the fix? I haven't read much on the S6 forum although I personally owned a tuned A6 supercharged but normally the reviews are very good on Unitronic. Did you tried at any given point to put the car back to stock and see if that would fix the issue or were you 100% convinced that the problem was the tune? it is hard to have to software upgrades simultaneously giving you problems(ECU/TCU). my .2c

That sucks you had issues with the S6. Many people in the RS3 community are more than happy with Unitronic. Especially their customer service [emoji2371]

Yes I know it was the tunes as had zero issues without them on there and once I gave them the advice of the UK running company the ECU was fixed. The TCU they still couldn’t fix. Slow gear changes. I have had a lot of people contact me with same complaints. They say they have also been blocked from commenting on Facebook so it’s def not isolated. Some even told me how to fix the TCU issue but I’m done with wasting my time. Cars getting traded in next few weeks anyway but still don’t charge the fact they took money from me and didn’t supply a working tune.

I would be happy too if I got what I paid for and it worked. There’s no excuses for a company to deal that way. In my line of business if I can’t supply a product I charged for i give a full refund. I don’t ignore the customer and make excuses as to why it’s taking so long.
