o2 sensor relay and fuse location???

Long story short, prior to 2 piston rings going out, I got the two CEL below. After an independent shop rebuilt my engine (2011 2.0T), the codes are still there and they couldn't get to the bottom of it either. So far, I've tried swapping in new o2 sensors and it's still on. This leads me to believe its either the Heater Circuit fuse or relay.
