Need help please

Hello,
I have a 2001 A4 B5 Cranks but no start.
I jumped my car with cables backwards.
Now I'm not getting power to the ecu, fuel pump or spark.
All fuses and relays have been replaced.
I was wondering if it could be I fused or melted a wire from the battery to the ecu somewhere.
If you have any in put or suggestion it would greatly help.

Wish I saw this sooner. If you have no dome lights, dash lights, no power anywhere and the battery is good. You blew the main fuse. Sometimes you can see it by eye, others times you have to use a conductance meter to find it.
