Car parts can be purchased in many places. There are tons of online vendors peddling car parts and we are very aware of that. There are lots of gimmicks being used to entice you to purchase from them, everything from lifetime warranties to free shipping. We are not jumping on the Amazon business model bandwagon that other online retailers are using, we are sticking to what got us to where we are today.
If you've browsed any other euro car parts online vendors website you'll notice that MANY products have a "ships in one day" - "direct ship" flag on the product page. Ahh, there's always a catch.
What this means is that the online retailer DOES NOT STOCK the item. Another drop ship operation which means that you have to rely on a third party to pick, pack, and ship your order. Not us...
We know that car parts are usually not wanted, they are needed. That's why over 98% of all orders placed before 3pm ship out the same day when you shop at Europa Parts. One of our great customers was in the middle of a road trip when his fuel pump died and called us 5 minutes before closing. We had one of our employees personally drive the package to a FedEx drop off location so that he would receive the pump the next day... in the middle of Utah. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our customers and our track record has shown that the relationship is much more important than sales gimmicks.
If you're in the tri state area you've most likely stopped by our Piscataway NJ warehouse. One of the most common comments we receive from visitors is how clean our warehouse is... the second is "Wow, I thought you were a MUCH bigger company". The days of small business is not gone, and we think that it's actually on the come up. If you live in any large city you'll notice that small businesses are making a big comeback as they offer a personal experience that the large companies simply cannot. You'll have a much better experience at a family owned pizza shop compared to a chain store. There is a pride that comes with working for a small business that you will never find in a corporate setting.
We care about the community and we are true euro car enthusiasts at heart. Our annual fall foliage cruise has become a huge event by our standards and brings the local community together to enjoy a scenic drive through north west NJ during peak foliage season. We look forward to this event and invite all of our customers to join us for a family friendly experience filled with nice cars, great food, and an experience that you will never forget. The community has helped us grow and it's the least we can do to show our appreciation.
We will not sell out, we will not go into a corporate money grab in hopes of one day selling our company to the highest bidder. We will continue doing what we do best and that is offer you the highest quality parts, friendly and personal customer service, and getting your parts to you as fast as humanly possible.
