Changing your email tends to do that. You need to wait to have it reactivated.

..the i cant post was just a test btw...since the post reply box was on the bottom of the page and before it wasnt

Your PM box is probably just full. Clear it out, along with your sent folder. And posts/threads cannot be edited after a certain time. That is the case for everyone, not just you.

i have logged out and back in many times

and my pm box isnt full

Ah, I see. Two accounts, nearly identical looking names. Needed to make that more clear. I have re-activated your "k0mpresd" account. Can I delete your second/duplicate "kompresd" account?
