So I am a new owner of a mostly stock S/4. The car is dropped 2.5 in front and 2 in the rear on H&R’s, and sitting well on 19 inch rims. Also has a nice exhaust.
My question is this.. what do you guys recommend I mod first? I’m pretty sure I’m about to do the 2.0 coil swap, but I don’t even know where to begin after that. So I’m looking for recommendations for mods. Preferably low budget to begin. I’m only a few miles away from vast performance, so I’m sure I’ll get a tune this summer, looking for advice there as well. I have read tons, but I’d like some real enthusiast feedback.
Thanks guys,
James

Also wondering if there is a common issue with the factory boost gauge? It illuminates, but doesn’t move. I’ve searched but only get results for a podi gauge that I assume is aftermarket?

Quick question, what did u pay for the car? I have a few in my area, but since we are over 2 hours from the nearest audi dealership, people tend to stay away from them. I was thinking about building an autocross car, one that I can get pretty cheap. I already have a b6 and b7 s4 in the garage right now, but a guy can never have enough Audi's, right?

Lol, seems like a stole it! I paid $3000 for it. It’s not mint, but not too far from it.

I actually picked it up on a Saturday, the plan was to take a train to Chicago to buy one. The market seems to be flooded with Audi’s at better prices than here in Motown.

Intake, one piece Bi-Pipe, an 85mm MAF, and Downpipes (if you dont have them) are probably a good place to start in preparation for a tune. The coil conversion is nice but its not super necessary unless you plan on upgrading the turbos. They are supposedly more reliable though. DV's arent a terrible choice either but as long as your OE ones are functioning properly, its not necessary until stage 3.
