Hello, guys.
Do you guys know where can I do the DPF removal for my Q5 3.0 TDI in Ontario or Detroit?
Thanks!

I don't have a Q5 yet but have been hunting for one with a TDI. I was planning on going with a Buzzken for my delete. http://www.buzzken.com/dpf-delete-for-audi-q5/
And going with a Malone Stage 2 tune http://www.fixmyvw.com/malone-tuning-stage-2-tune-3-0l-v6-tdi/ this can be installed using the Flashzilla v3 through the OBD2 port. The stage 2 can be installed with the DPF still in place if you desire.
I used the Flashzilla to tune my TDI Passat and it was really easy to use.
I know Buzzken is located in Canada but I'm not sure what part. I believe Malone is in Canada also. If you end up having Ken Duncan of Buzzken install the new downpipe he can do your tune also at the same time.
The one thing I'm not sure about with this pipe is if it deletes the AdBlue system also. I would think that it would have to like it does on my Passat but I don't know for sure Ken is a good dude and has been helping me out so shoot him an email and he'd be glad to answer questions. Good luck!

Am I the only one who thinks it's a VERY bad idea to discuss this type of (illegal) activity on a public forum?

Freedom of speech and it's only illegal if used on road. Beside not like the TDIs are currently passing smog test with out cheating already.

Well Said BRAD.
I too have been looking into the Malone Stage 2 as well. There is a guy in Utah, I think, that has it installed already. Loves it. I have talked to him a few times about it and also, Buzzken. They both have answered my questions and seem to be really reasonable to deal with, regardless of your location.
I live in a state that doesn't require all those inspections, so seriously thinking about it as well, but in a holding pattern till this EPA crap is taken care of.

A stage 2 Q5 TDI would be one hell of a torque monster. Malone says close to 300hp and 433lb of torque that'd be loads of fun. To bad we can't get the Bi-turbo TDI here. I've been looking online to see if there is a kit to retrofit the biturbo but no luck yet. I really only looked at Darkside Development but I'm sure if I keep looking I may find something. I bet Malone could come up with a tune for that combo that'd knock your teeth out.

I am been looking at the Darkside Development too... The price and most importantly being so far away for help has kind of turned me off.
However, I am going to get their intercooler.
My TDI performance plan is.
Stock Airbox mod (SQ5 guys did) with Afe Pro 5 filter.......................in progress just have to wait for the snow storms to stop
Darkside Intercooler (painted black) ................................................wa iting for them to have another discount sale
Malone Stage 2 tune with DPF delete downpipe...............................waiting for the EPA Crap to get taken care of
Magnaflow Exhaust (tips painted black)............................................ Already done
Think that will make for a nice ride.

JackCheung,
I currently have DPF delete on my 2016 A6. Ken from http://www.buzzken.com went above and beyond to get my car tuned and be the first one with a DPF delete in the states on an A6. The new downpipe does delete adblue. The tuner was Jarek from JR Auto Electronics, www.chiptuning.ca. I hopefully will have dyno results soon, but I have just been very busy with work lately. With this downpipe and the car paired to stock mufflers there is no drone, but once you delete the rear mufflers it sounds very good, but drones a little. This is with the window down: https://www.instagram.com/p/BAvQCZHPOfg/ No engine codes and a little soot on full throttle. Car pulls insanely hard. Gas mileage so far has not improved as I drive the car much harder and very cold temps for the last couple months.
Any other questions just ask me or send Ken an email. He responds very quickly and is very easy to work with.

Delete and Malone Stage 2 was done on our 2014 and was the first Malone Tuned Q5 TDI anywhere.
BuzzKen did the development of the tune with Mark Malone and he also designed the exhaust system on our Q5 while I was away on vacation for 2 weeks in August last summer.
The difference was noticeable and I'm loving the torque.
The SCR system is non functional once the Delete and Tune are performed.
BuzzKen is located in Markham (401 and 404 area) just east of Toronto.

Me and my wife just picked up a 14 s line q5 TDI .
I'm wanting to do the dpf delete and stage 2 tune. Will td1 be an issue if taken to the dealer. I know that my s4 I can flash back to stock and be good.

i'm interested in a bi-turbo kit. the euro sq tdi is unreal. still have some breaking in to do.
At least a tune and exhaust upcoming but as long as its not too restrictive with the EPA and testing I think a nice clean euro emulation kit would be a very cool addition
