hi im getting ready to upgrade my brakes but I don't know what anything on my oem specs are and what can I upgrade to I have aftermarket 18s and if I need spacers to clear brakes its not a problem I can get that .. thanks

Please supply more specifics about your A6 such as year. An initial search, using 2003 A6 2.7T sedan, as my input came up with BBK from Brembo and StopTech for the front.

For regular daily driving, Stoptech is a good choice.

Most daily driver/stock cars will not benefit from larger brakes, as your stopping ability mostly determined by tires friction. Brembo 17z and 18z from Tuareg/Cayenne are two most popular budget upgrade options for C5; possible others are C5 RS6, TTRS, and Q5 Brembo calipers. Look for details in B5 and C5 sections. JHM sells budget rear upgrade kit.

its a 2004 a6 2.7t s line sedan, I searched I just don't know what type will fit the only thing I know from changing pads is that I have a single piston in the center.

thanks ill look inside those forums and ill check jhm I couldn't find anything when I was in their, only thing I can find is just upgraded rotors but I don't know what my oe measurements either so I can compare anything to that
