My S4 has ADS option which includes dynamic suspension, do the benefits of lowering the car an inch and changing to say a KW V3 out weigh the variable control that comes with the dynamic stock shocks and spring set up?

That's a question you have to ask yourself. It depends on your driving style and what you want out of your car. What is more important to you, being an inch lower and having a stiffer, performance suspension or being able to change the ride quality with the push of a button? There is no right or wrong answer to your question, it's just about preference and application.

Thank you, I am a racer but for my driving car I would like to keep my fillings in place, I was waffling on just how well the dynamic suspension controls things, but if you have it in dynamic mode it does cut down on the rebound enough as well as the compression so since I do not do that many track days with this car I think I will keep the OEM set up unless there is an reasonably priced after market variable ride. Thank you for the push in the right direction.

If you have the budget; Bag it. Air gives you the best of all worlds: low, comfort, soft or firm at your command. I used to think it was overkill, but if i had the $4k to blow on a nice system, i'd bag my car and never regret it.
