A7 TDI lowering springs

If I purchase lowering springs (Eibach #15118.140) for my A7 TDI Prestige, will it be lowered more than 1" up front because of the weight from the cast block of the diesel engine? I assume the advertised lowering height was determined using aluminum gas engines. Just got some 22" wheels put on and I think it needs to be lowered a bit for a better look, however, I don't want it to sink too low due to increased TDI weight.
