Control arms/links

Looking to replace my factory control arms due to noises and worn bushings. The car is approaching 140k miles so it's time. I replaced the upper links when I installed my Coilovers about 6 months ago. Has anyone used the German Auto Parts solid rubber kit or the 034 density line kit?
