Pic Upload Issues

For the past few days I've been getting this error message whenever I go to upload an image:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/audizine/gallery/uploads/149/bank.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\audizine\gallery\image-inc.php on line 34

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move 'C:\PHP\uploadtemp\php6D.tmp' to 'C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/audizine/gallery/uploads/149/bank.jpg' in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\audizine\gallery\image-inc.php on line 34

I still have plenty of space in my account and the images I've attempted to upload have all been under 500k. Help? [confused]
