Jhm mbc noise

got a B5 S4, recently installed the JHM MBC on the car, with the in car adjustment cable. I get the oddest noise under partial throttle appx 6-10 lbs of boost, and occaisionally I will loose boost. Like a small leak that makes almost like a flute or "blade of grass between your palms" noise. I know its the MBC, ive plugged my N75 back in and have no issues. I have also smoke tested, pressure, vacuum, all other methods of checking for a leak, so I know its not that. I tried using different clamps on the hoses to the MBC, also used super tiny zip ties and double and tripled up just to ensure its not my hose fitting on the MBC flaring out. Anyone out there had this happen?? Just curious before I take it apart to inspect it, or attempt to contact JHM to possibly exchange it. thanks for the input in advance

So I ve fixes every boost leak I can, replaced a leaking wastegate, my boost fluctuation is gone, I still get this odd noise tho at part throttle between 5 and 10 psi, can anyone tell me why.
I know it's related to the MBC cuz I plug the n75 back in and it's gone. Is my mbc leaking somewhere,?is that bleed hole on the mbc causing the noise?should I just run the mbc in parallel with n75??
