I am new here and an hope you can help diagnose my issue. My brakes currently are not fuctioning properly, when I press the brake pedal sometimes I have to press really hard and push the pedal to floor to get the brake to work or if I pump the brake the same result happens. It does not do this all of the time mostly when it is cold out.
I beleive that it may be a master cylinder but am not sure, please help.

Was there work recently done to your brakes or have you noticed fluid deposits under your vehicle near wheels?
Sounds like there is air in the system at the very least, whether it be due to worn brake lines, caliper seals, or master cylinder; I'd recommend taking it to a reputable euro shop if you don't feel comfortable working on your own brakes.

I did replace the pads several months ago but have only noticed the issue recently. I also took the car to my local Audi dealership and they informed me that the issue did not happen when they test drove it but they did not take anything off and look at it.
Thanks for the help, I think I think that I will completely flush the system and see if that takes care of it.
