It says at the bottom I am not allowed to post pics? How can I post attatchment to my replies and submit car photos???

That doesn't matter, you can still use the Audizine Gallery (www.audizine.com/gallery) or some other image hosting site, and just copy and paste the image path (URL of the image) into a post.
