Our records indicate the following production numbers for this model:
There were 254 model year 2007 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolets sold in the US.
There were 51 model year 2007 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolets with PHANTOM BLACK PEARL EFFECT/BLACK ROOF exterior sold in the US.
There were 20 MY2007 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolets with PHANTOM BLACK PEARL EFFECT/BLACK ROOF exterior and EBONY interior sold in the US.

And here's the numbers for my 2004:
There were 424 MY 2004 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolet 6-speed quattro sold in the US.
There were 98 MY 2004 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolet 6-speed quattro with Light Silver Metallica / Black Roof exterior sold in the US.
There were 67 MY 2004 Audi S4 4.2 Cabriolet 6-speed quattro with Light Silver Metallic / Black Roof exterior and Ebony interior.

Go to audiusa website, locate the "Vehicle and owner assistance" menu, scroll to the bottom and click on "Audi Chat" to text with a rep, they can get the info to you on 24 hrs.

I went the email route. They say I should have an answer by Thursday. But judging by what you found and what I've seen there can't be that many. I've also seen several salvage titles and wrecks out there so we are in ever rarer company.

There were a total of 124 model year 2008 Audi S4 cabriolet 4.2 with quattro and a manual transmission sold in the United States. There were 6 model year 2008 Audi S4 cabriolets with quattro and a manual transmission with Sprint Blue exteriors and a black roof sold in the United States. Of those, there were 3 model year 2008 Audi S4 cabriolet with Quattro, with a manual transmission, with Sprint Blue exteriors, a black roof, and black interiors sold in the United States.

Similar #'s for the RS4 Cabs - Only 187 were imported to the US in 2008.
Seven (7) were Misano Red; three (3) of those seven were equipped with the Silver interior:

Seven (7) were Misano Red; three (3) of those seven were equipped with the Silver interior:
Sorry, a bit of a necro-bump here.... I think your overall USA RS4 cabrio number of 187 is off by a fair bit. 333 were imported, and given that number, a total of 7 Misano Red versions seems a bit low, but that could be right. It seems black is definitely the biggest number, and then I'd suspect grey and silver are the next most popular colors, then probably small numbers of the other possible colors (yellow, white, blue, red). Of course as you know, the RS4 Cabrio was only imported for one year, 2008.
I asked a similar question about my cabrio and AoA provided the following:
There were 333 MY 2008 Audi RS 4 4.2 CABRIOLET 6-SPD QUATTRO sold in the US.
There were 142 MY 2008 Audi RS 4 4.2 CABRIOLET 6-SPD QUATTRO with PHANTOM BLACK PEARL EFFECT/BLACK ROOF exteriors sold in the US.
There were 107 MY 2008 Audi RS 4 4.2 CABRIOLET 6-SPD QUATTRO with PHANTOM BLACK PEARL EFFECT/BLACK ROOF exteriors and BLACK interiors sold in the US.

I have one of them and its hard to find any aftermarket parts ..... I'm looking to replace the grill and add a trunk spoiler... any ideas?

333 total is correct. Sometimes the RS4 registry throws people off since it is incomplete. I've seen Imola Yellow quoted as 7 only for the cabs, when in actuality, 17 were brought to the US....including mine, which is now for sale. Still, pretty dang rare.
