Brakes Shuddering on heavy braking

So after 5k miles on my CPO car, the brake as starting to shudder after semi-hard to hard braking, which means my rotors are probably warped.

Couple of questions,
1.) Do I have any leg to stand on to get this fixed by CPO? Assume it's wear and tear and I'm SOL
2.) Any easy way to figure out what rotors are warped? If fronts only, it would be ideal to just change the fronts.
3.) Lets hear some suggestions on brake upgrades and places to buy from.

Nada?? It's going to the stealership on monday would love to know where to start.

Let's do easier question. If i was going to replace pads/rotors, I'm not going to track the car, but I do drive with a lead foot at times.

What rotor/pad combo do people recommend?

You should probably provide what CPO'd car you recently purchased.

1. Chances are you're SOL on the warranty when it comes to items like this.
2. No easy way to determine/verify if they're warped aside from checking their lateral runout.
3. Not too sure as there are many potential answers.

Cars at the dealership and I asked them to check the runout. Will wait and see what they say about rotors before I decide to upgrade.
