B8 S4 Rear Brake Clunk/Clicks when Starting and Stopping *VIDEO*

Hi, so i have a completely stock 2010 s4, and am unfortunately and hour from the nearest dealer at the moment. After getting a flat overnight in my buddies driveway, and getting it patched, i have developed a click when Starting and stopping. It is definently the back passenger where i got the flat, and it has to be coming from the caliper. All of the "anti-vibration?" clips seem to be in place, so im pretty stumped.

Bump. Please, deciding weather to drive it to Audi, or have it towed. Its pretty bad but i cant find anything. The dealer is 20-30 miles away

Looks as though my rear brake pad may be starting to fail at the top. like its crumbling or something. I am going to change them out and report back.
