Hello Audi fans..... Up for sale is a great 2004 Audi S4 with 112,000 miles. Everything works good, however, the engine will need a repair or swap out. Fuel injector on cylinder 3 stuck open and hydro locked the engine. It turns by hand but there is a point where the engine binds. More than likely needs some valve work on bank 1.

- New tires, brakes, maf, pre- o2 sensors, battery late 2012

Could be a great vehicle to someone who knows how to repair / replace engine or as a parts car. Sold as is. $4500 or best offer

I've been trying to decide if I am glad or mad about the timing of this ad. I bought and stripped the two other B6 S4's that were listed on CL about a month ago. About halfway through stripping the two cars I see your ad pop up. Soon as I saw it posted I started regretting making my purchase thinking I might should have bought your S4. Your car is much more complete considering the ones I bought were badly wrecked....oh well. I still have a bunch of S4 parts so I can't be too mad.


I do have a spare engine sitting in my garage which may be exactly what's needed to get this S4 back on the road. If anybody is interested is buying this car and my motor that would be a good way to get this car back on the road fairly cheap.......or if the OP wants to donate the car to me I'll do my best to get it back running

Hey BC,

Yeah, she's been good to me since I picked her up at the end of 2010. Absolutely everything worked well until that damn fuel injector took a dive. Just put on new tires, brakes, maf, o2 sensors, serpentine belt, and right side aux radiator. Oh, I also reworked the right, front inner CV joint. No peeling on switches, and leather has no rips or real scratches to speak of. Body has a some scratches, but nothing too drastic.

I'm not interested in putting it back on the road, so I'm going to let her go. I also have a V8 Touareg and A6, and I made the decision that I don't need two V8 monsters around :-).

I think I saw one of yours.... Did you have the Imola Yellow one? I do have someone interested, and I'll have to turn him onto your engine. Any details on it?

Are you interested I parting it yourself? I don't have the time to do it otherwise I'd jump on it, but of you start breaking it down I have a small list.

If I had the ability to transport it I'd take some time off and come get it. REALLY tempting. If someone does get this car to part out, please get a hold of me. Aside from having those exact wheels (in need of replacing a couple), I have a couple other miscellaneous wants/needs to take care of. Bad luck with the engine OP, I would have been inconsolable.
