I bought this car from the original owner back in October. I am the second owner of the car. The original owner meticulously took care of the car. I have all the repair reciepts from the previous owner. The car is well documented in repairs and service. I got the car with 168k and this is what i have replaced:
NEW Timing belt, waterpump, thermostat, tensioner, a/c belt, serpintine belt, G12 coolant @ 168635
NEW Spark plugs, OEM coilpacks @ 168635
NEW Valve cover gasket @ 168635
NEW Rear coolant flange @ 168635
NEW OEM Valeo Single Mass Clutch and Flywheel @ 168700
NEW Continental tires @ 168700
I did most of the major repairs and the car drives excellent. I've done two oil changes, the most recent one was just a few days ago, mobil 1 of course. Great car in the snow and handles as it should. The car is adult driven and great car to get around town. Engine is mechanically sound and transmission shifts very smooth. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! All the electronics work, power windows, radio, heat, a/c, etc. The interior is very clean. ZERO rust. The brakes were done by the previous owner, so no need for me to change. The original stock wheels will come with the car as well. Comes with all 3 original keys and manual. I was planning to keep this car and put another 100k, but i have too many cars!
ISSUES:
There are some scratches and a few dents and dings on the car. As expected for a 15 year old car.
Tear on drivers seat and small cut on passenger seat.
The ABS AND BRAKE LIGHT is on. I checked this out and it is the ABS MODULE. Very common issue. It does not affect the driveability of the car at all nor the braking. I bought it like this from the previous owner. The AIR BAG light is also on from a sensor underneath the seat. This is a common issue with all Audi's, but never got around in fixing it.
I have a copy of the carfax and can email it to serious buyers. TITLE on hand!!!
