2001 s4 low compression on driver side head

Ok so I have 2 listings one for 4500$ if you want to wait for title to come. About a month or so
Or buy it now how it sits for 3000$ Obo with no title. In a situation and need money ASAP.

2001 s4 new fx400 clutchmasters kit with Light weight aluminum flywheel.
All new belts water pump timing belt serpentine belt all new fluids all new OEM mounts. New rear main seal. Valve cover gasket head gaskets. Basically everything on this car was replaced when I first bought it. Full Apr turbo back exhaust.
Santorin blue with black leather interior heated powered Bose sound system.
Car runs but has a misfire. Diagnosed to be low compression in cylinders 5 and 6.
Fix that and you have a car that will be good to go for 100k miles. Nothing on dash except the check engine light for the misfire code. Have receipts for all the parts. 6 speed manual 2.7t engine. Turbos are mint no shaft play.

Title hasn't come yet. Registered it with a Florida title and I live in NY so it takes 3 months to come to me. The timing belt snapped I rebuilt the whole motor with all new everything gaskets belts tensioners mounts fluids. Everything and I guess one of the heads I bought used is fucked
