2-piece rotor hardware question

Have DBA rings, hoping to attach them to ECS stage 3 hats (big red Porsche 993 replica calipers with 332 mm rotors)
Looking at this hardware:

Wonder if someone can point me in the right direction, or recommend a shop in Washington DC area.

I would just reuse what you have, just use loctite.

Sounds like a plan.. Soak them in kerosene overnight or heat before removing?
