This is my 2004 Audi S4. Backstory is I purchased it Spring 2011 with a blown engine (salvage title for hydrolocking) and put a 2.7T in it. I registered it in NJ. Just ran the CarFax looks like they did mark it Salvage for Flood Damage. Just to be clear, the engine was hydrolocked there is nothing actually wrong with the car itself and no signs of flood damage. I knew the previous owner and insurance totaled it as a result of the hydrolock.

The bad:

1. The wheels are banged up but now they are Plastidipped black. I like the new look.

2. There are some scrapes and dings on the car. One of them is my own fault when pulling it up onto a trailer, there are some others in the front area due to rock chips and things.

3. Cruise control isn't wired. It could be to work, but is not currently.

This is intriguing... do you have a journal in the forum where you can share the story about this conversion? Any issue with the 2.7T combo with the B6 S4 tranny? Is the engine chipped? What ECU is it running (Which box from which B5 S4)?

Yes I have a build thread in the B6 A4 forum. No the combo works great I actually think this trans would be much better with big turbos on the 2.7T. The gearing is shorter. Yes it has an Abox I believe, the engine is a 2000. Jfonz stage 2 tune with launch control.
