Common coolant leak areas? B6 1.8T

My 2003 A4 1.8T has a small coolant leak somewhere around the back of the motor. It leaves dinner-plate sized puddles when parked. It's a small leak but I haven't been able to find it. Yesterday I put the car on jackstands, ran the car for close to half hour and let the fans cycle on and off, and not a drop leaked!! I could faintly smell coolant though.

Are there leak-prone areas / parts I should take notice of?

Oil cooler and its hoses were replaced two years ago and cylinder head was replaced four months ago.

There is a coolant flange that's in the back. It's prone to leaking.
