Handling..... What to do first?/

So I just got my 2011 A4 (Prestige Package) that already includes the sports suspension.

I want to get even better handling..... what should be the first mod I should do?

If you've got all-season rubber, then summer tires will have a big impact on response and cornering ability. After tires, a quality damper is the next biggest factor for "feel" and controlling the vehicles dynamic movement. Personally, I would spend my money on tires and brakes followed by a quality damper.
If you compete in autocross or something, make sure your class allows those upgrades.

Michelin Pilot Super Sports on some light weight wheels in the widest size you can properly fit, then a pair of beefier sway bars and a stage 1 or 2 ECU tune will completely transform that car.
