My 1st and 2 Nd gear was grinding before but after I parked at the gym that night I parked in 1st. Going back to my car it was stuck in 1st, like really hard to get out felt like I was gonna snap the shifter. Got it out though. But it won't go into any gear on or off with the clutch in. Neutral feels like butter as well. Any help, advice or know what the problem may be?

Sounds like a bent/broken shift fork, or linkage. Probably exasperated by the chewed up synros.

Would a broken/bent fork be costly? Or the linkage? And syncros usually cost around $2g's to fix right?

A set of shift forks would be replaced during the rebuild for bad syncros. And unfortunately yes, it would be costly. Also, fairly rare, so before you take my word as final, it would be worth getting it to your repair facility for a diagnosis. Linkage is not as costly as it is outside the transmission.

I have a a feeling 1st and 2nd syncros have failed.Fairly common,if the trans was abused or whoever drove it missed 2nd gear a few times too many.
