Sway bar upgrade

I have a b6 a4 HnR springs and Bilstein shocks. I've been reading that the rs4 rear sway bar is a good upgrade for less body roll. Is that true and does anyone know if you need rs4 links also? Thanks.

Not sure how compatible our situations are seeing that I am stock suspension b7 with the rs4 rear sway, but either way it helped mine a lot. Best money I have put into the car in terms of mods.

I was advised when getting mine that unless you plan on tracking the car, the endlinks are not necessary.
