Days of searching hasn't really helped. I haven't been able to find any conclusive information regarding the topic. I have a B6 A4 3.0 Non-sport and have a budget of $850. I'm looking to upgrade the suspension because I don't like the 4x4 ride height my car has.
Here's an idea of what I'm looking for:
I love the ride height of OEM sport suspension B6's, and B6 S4s.I like an even gap all around the tire. But I want to avoid the spine-jarring stiffness associated with the sport suspensions.
I don't need adjustability. I will never track the car...it's a 4200lb, 60-40 split diff, nose-heavy, luxury sedan with 160-180hp to the ground so I don't see why anybody would ever track this car in the first place. I will never corner balance it and am looking for a fit and forget setup.
The car is my daily driver
I've considered:
Vogtland Jr. Cup Kit
Eibach Pro Kit / Koni FSD
Eibach Pro Kit / Koni Sport Yellow
Eibach Pro Kit / Bilstein Sport
HR is too low for me.
for every "can't go wrong with these I have no complaints" suspension review I find a negative post to counter it [confused]
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I don't have a problem with the rear being slightly lower than the front. If anything wouldn't that better the handling by shifting the weight to the rear?
