There is a lot of consumer advice available online for things you buy often or things that are bought often, like vacuum cleaners, TVs, etc.
There is a lot less consumer advice, for car modifications. I think people tend to overpay a lot and by that I mean they always pay the asking price from a shop for parts and labor, without negotiating even a few percentage points.
Would like to solve this for common modifications here and potentially start a sticky post about each packaged modification. I'll start a few tables and see if folks get interested.
