I had the 4POT StopTechs installed about a month ago and recently (after 5-600 miles) been noticing weird noise coming from the front passenger brake.

You can hear the brake clicking at
6~8 sec
19~21 sec
29-34 sec

Does anyone have any clue to what this could be?
My tech said he couldn't see any anomaly when he did a visual check. [headbang]

I'm bumping this thread form the grave because I'd like to know if you ever found a resolution to this.

I have a 6 year old Stoptech ST-40 BBK on my Mitsubishi and, short of a rebuild, I've never found a solution to this. For the past two years, whenever depressing the brake pedal, my calipers make this loud creaking noise like yours but magnified times 10. Exactly like an old wooden door slowly being opened.

Necrobump

My ST40s with <20k are making this same noise. Almost sounds like a mushy metal flex creaking when applying brakes but mostly sounds like a clicking sound. Moving or stationary. Noise is typically for first portion of brake depression and goes away for second half of pedal range. Other times can be heard throughout pedal range.

Would like to get this figured out

Still getting noise so I uploaded a video of me pressing on the brake while at a stop. Different brake patterns: slow and steady, hard(ish), part way - pause - further press pedal down.
