Would like to Lower my B6

Hey guys I have a 2002 A4 3.0 Quattro with 67,xxx miles on it. Should I go with new coilovers or would I be okay with lowering springs since my mileage isnt super high? Im worried about what could happen to my shocks/struts if I just throw lowering springs on there.

No miles are ok its actually low but if you go with just springs be prepaeed to swap the shocks and thats more labor so theres two options one is coilovers or performance shocks and lowering springs I got h&r coilovers and love them really nice ride not to stiff and not too soft
