Low oil level WARNING light!

Got this light a week ago and cant make it dissapear. At first I checked the oil evel and was fine but the light kept going on. Changed oil pump and oil sensor but the light still there. What can be the problem?

I usually get the low oil level light when I am close to my 5k miles oil change.. around 4k it will start showing up, I just fill up a little oil and it goes away.

Once I get the oil changed it doesn't come back til I'm close to the next one..
