So I am new here and this is my first post. So hello. I recently bought a 2003 Audi A4 Avant Quattro. The guy who had it before me decided it would be a good idea to put a staggered tire combo on the car. The tire sizes won't cause any AWD issues but the back tires are too wide. The sizes are 275-30-19 in the rear and 245-35-19 on the front. The struts and shocks all need replaced on the car and Big O Tires want to charge about 1100$ for this. Right now they can't align the car properly because of the worn shocks. The right rear toe sets the top of the tire out toward the fender so it rubs on hard cornering, bumps, or when anyone but me is in the car :( I know the tires are too wide but I'm stuck with them right now. I can change to a 265-30-19 rear and 235-35-19 front. This may solve the rubbing issue but my real concern is why are the rear springs so soft that passengers cause it to squat that much? A couple of my friends had the hatch up and were sitting in the back of my car. They are both pretty small people and don't weigh much so I was surprised to see that basically the rear of the car was practically sitting on the tires. The only heavy rate springs are for lowering kits as best I can find. It definitely doesn't need lowered. I've looked at the components that came with a certain kit by CX Racing. I called them and asked what the length of their rear coils are compared to stock. The guy wasn't exactly sure but he said they are close to stock but the suspension can be lowered 2 inches below stock. Do these kits start out automatically lower than stock? I would like to have heavy springs but not lower the car. Do they exist? Any suggestions besides buy new wheels? I can also do the work myself. I have garage with lift and plenty of tools of know how. But will putting regular struts and shocks fix my problem? The 275's look good on the car but I am realistic and I am guessing there is no way to actually keep them on and use the car like normal.

LOTS OF VIEWS BUT NO RESPONSES. PLEASE READ AND HELP ME OUT
UPDATE:
I have went with a little bit smaller front rear combo. Achilles ATR 265 30 19 rear & 235 35 19. There is still some rubbing. I have read that this is the max size combo that will work. As I look at the car it seems odd to me that the front fender has so much more clearance than the back. Shouldn't this car sit level? The rear has a couple cm gap between top of tire and fender edge. The front has a couple inches! So the rubbing in the back is on the inner fender plastic and no signs of any contact with side wall to fender lip. I also see no sign of rubbing on top of tire. But I definitely hear it every time I hit a hard bump or go around a tight corner. So the car is squatting. If I have passengers in back it rubs. I believe that the dumbass that had the car before me cut the rear springs down! Saw it was not a good idea and didn't move on to the front. Is this a possible explanation? I have contemplated buying the KW Comfort Coilover kit. But unless I know this will work I do not want to risk that amount of money. It seems to me the springs in the back are cut down or very worn out so any new springs may solve my problem.
UPDATE:
Measured fender to ground:
