Closest to stock ride height coilover B7

I know this sounds like an odd question but I am looking for the coilover system that can go as close to stock height or possibly higher. I live in northern alberta, so I deal with a long snowy winter. I do want to lower my car in the summer, I just don't want to have to put the stock suspension on every winter so I don't plow snow. In case it matters I have a B7 2.0 Avant. I would love to do air but the wife said that is a little out of our budget right now.
