HFC and stage1 tune

I'm going to install a HFC on my B8 2.0, and then upgrade to stage1 software. But it's going to be a while till I have the parts, so I'm wondering if it would make any difference if I get the tune first, then the HFC? Is the tuning somehow optimized to my current hardware when installed, so it would be a different software with and without the HFC? I will go with stage1 anyway, and uograde to stage2 when I have a full exhaust system installed.
Will use REVO software.

If you get an Hfc you will get a check engjne light because of the oxygen sensors. So you can either tune first or get the Hfc first, no problems will happen, just keep in mind you will need a stage 2 tune to get the check engine light to dissapear

Installed the HFC and stage1 software now, but still havent seen the check engine light :)
