Please help with 2.7T motor noise!!

So a little background....I recently removed my clutch fan and installed a new electric fan. Had no issues with that. While I was doing that I decided to take off the upper hard pipes along with the Y pipe and clean them since they were so easy to get to. Cleaned them let everything dry over night and went back to install them and about a day later this noise started. Go figure... Anyone have any idea what this noise is? It sounds awful.

Also forgot to mention it was doing this intermittent and today on a called start (the video) it seemed to be doing it non stop.

So, apparently my tensioner pulley is all messed up. What could I have done to it while taking tension of the belt??

Not sure but new tensioners can be had for cheap and can be done in the car with some cursing.

It's the serpentine belt tensioner btw. At least I think so... After looking at all my pulleys they're all fine minus this one wobbling like crazy. I really wish I knew how I messed it up. Oh well

Is it torqued down correctly?

Not sure but new tensioners can be had for cheap and can be done in the car with some cursing. not funny but actually, it's funny. The cursing, not the tensioner.
